Speaking is a powerful medium to share idea or concept. To me, it is a lifeline; a great skill which helps us pass what we know, what we feel and therefore guide people in the right direction. I speak at schools, events, conferences and seminars; basically guiding people to grandeur. Afterall, we all deserve the very best of life irrespective of colour, background, tribe, or any other controllable and uncontrollable past events.

I pride myself in being able to provide clear and succinct tips that will make people become better persons in both their lives and careers.

I believe correcting mistakes is far cumbersome than avoiding one. Our young minds need to know that there are opportunities out there and they have to be prepared to be able to seize these opportunities. They need clarity of mind, clarity of scope – and understand that the choices they make today determine their future. A beautiful life starts from a beautiful mind.

Too many people live life hating their jobs – even sometimes when it gives them some financial strength. These people never realize their potentials and they never follow their dreams. They live each day as it comes, grumbling through each phase. This is a result of decisions they have made consciously or unconsciously in the past. Making no decision is an unconscious decision made.

As students, it is important to realize the possibilities and choices in front of you. To avoid wandering from one boring job to another – it is important you start thinking of that one thing you will never get tired of doing! Mould your future by doing what you love. You only live once!

Don’t grade-chase at the expense of knowledge acquisition.

Engaged workers stand apart from their not-engaged and actively disengaged counterparts because of the discretionary effort they consistently bring to their roles. These employees willingly go the extra mile, work with passion, and feel a profound connection to their company. They are the people who will drive innovation and move your business forward.

I have worked for a number of years and also had the privilege of working closely with the leadership team of a multinational company. I saw first-hand how poor staff engagement can affect the organisation’s performance and I understand the rigors of trying to improve employee’s engagement.

Coaching is a powerful tool for changing the behaviour of employees. Helping employees understand the overall big picture, and improving their business acumen will go a long way to get them involved and in tandem with the organisation’s goals. Your employees can offer much more– you just need to strike the right chord.
